Our CCTV camera units allow us to clearly see any defects within a drainage system even if the affected area is not directly accessible.    We offer pre-sales/mortgage surveys and reports to make sure there are no hidden disasters within the property you wish to purchase! Our CCTV surveys come with a full report and map of your drainage system labeled and explained.  

Some issues simply cannot be resolved from above ground… Such as drain collapses, connections dropping, major damage to pipe etc. Issues like these are usually located via our CCTV underground camera units and dealt with accordingly.

Roots are one of the biggest causes of blockages and drain collapses and require specialist equipment to remove them sufficiently and prevent them from returning. We locate, remove and record the root infiltration in one visit in most cases.

Drains are actually one of the most common ways that rats can enter our homes…  We advise anyone having pest issues to have their drains surveyed to locate any possible entry points.   We then would recommend a One-way Rat Valve which is designed to allow waste to pass through but nothing to enter against flow. This is proven to make it impossible for vermin to pass through and enter your property.

Preventative maintenance contracts allow clients to ensure their drains stay free flowing and clean by a scheduled visit, whether it be annually or monthly. This greatly reduces the risk of blockages/flooding.

This process involves installing a new resin liner within an existing damaged pipe. There are numerous situations where the re-lining process has advantages over drain excavation and repair, not only are there financial benefits but also our customers are pleased with the minimum disturbance to their properties and routines (due to the speed of repair).   Drain lining is particularly useful where an existing clay pipe is cracking as it helps restore structural integrity and prevents soil erosion due to liquid exfiltration. Where root infiltration to the drain occurs a resin liner can often stop future ingress as it is a jointless pipe that denies roots an obvious point of entry.
